The entire crew here at Mojo Bike are all bicycle enthusiasts. When you speak to us, you will appreciate that we know what we are on about and that your pride and joy will be built with care and passion!

Being the bicycle enthusiast we are, a lot of time is spend sourcing only the highest quality components from reputable manufacturers around the world including Shinamo (Japan), Brooks (England) and Sugino (Japan). Unlike other online bicycle retailers, we do not just purchase a disassembled bicycle from a manufacturer in China and then build as per our customers' requirements - rather we source all of our spare parts individually from manufacturers in both Taiwan (key components) and China. Sourcing the spare parts individually gives us more flexibility allowing us to only offer a finished product that has our tick of approval!

For those of you not aware in the difference in quality between China and Taiwan, let us reassure you that there is one! Generally speaking, the big box department stores will only sell cheaper bicycles sourced from China whereas your local specialised bicycle shop will sell superior quality bicycles sourced from Taiwan. All of our frames are hand welded in Taiwan and the frame material used on our 'Urban' and 'Speed Racer' is 4130 CRMO - a material that is not only lighter but also stronger than high tensile steel.

So how do we do all this for such a competitive price you ask? Despite numerous requests from retailers to become Mojo Bike stockists, our business model remains 'direct to consumer' meaning that you are purchasing your bike directly from the company responsible for sourcing and importing!
